1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aimas-palletizer-package.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms form an agreement between you and Dongguan Aimas Robot Technology Co., Ltd (“AiMas”, “we”, “us”).

2. Using This Website

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product designs, images, videos, drawings, and technical documentation — is the property of AiMas or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Our direct-drive palletizing robot technology is protected by national patent.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to: copy, resell, or republish Site content without permission; attempt to disrupt or overload the Site; scrape data in violation of applicable law; or use the Site for any unlawful or misleading purpose.

3. Products, Specifications & Quotations

Product specifications, dimensions, performance data, and indicative prices shown on the Site are for reference only. Because most AiMas solutions are customized to your factory layout, product characteristics, and production requirements, actual specifications may vary. Final specifications and pricing are confirmed in a formal quotation and the sales contract. Please confirm all details with our sales team before ordering.

4. Orders and Pricing

Orders are accepted at our discretion and become binding only upon written confirmation and receipt of the agreed deposit. A formal quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue; prices may change thereafter. Custom-engineered solutions may require additional technical assessment before a firm quote is provided.

5. Payment Terms

Our standard payment method is T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). A deposit is required to schedule production, with the balance payable before shipment or as specified in the proforma invoice and sales contract. Title and risk pass according to the agreed Incoterms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping terms are FOB Shenzhen; customers may also designate their own freight forwarder. Lead time is typically 30-45 days from receipt of deposit, depending on customization. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance in the destination country. We provide export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE certificate) to facilitate clearance.

7. Installation, Training & Acceptance

For full-line equipment customers, we provide free 1-week on-site installation and training. Our engineers commission the equipment and train your team on operation and daily maintenance, followed by 24/7 online after-sales support. Formal acceptance criteria are defined in the sales contract.

8. Warranty

All equipment includes a standard warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as detailed in the sales contract. Wear parts, consumables, and damage from misuse, improper installation by unauthorized parties, or accidents are excluded. We also provide lifetime technical support and spare parts supply.

9. Limitations of Warranty

Except as expressly stated, equipment is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, custom engineering delivered to a customer is licensed for that customer’s own use; AiMas retains ownership of its underlying know-how, general technology, and all Site intellectual property. Our patented direct-drive technology may not be reverse-engineered or reproduced.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiMas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or our products. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant products or services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AiMas harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights in connection with your use of our products.

13. Force Majeure

AiMas is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, or government actions. We will notify you and work to mitigate the impact.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts where AiMas is located, in accordance with applicable Chinese law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
